My recommendation
Integrative Primary Care Membership

Based on everything we discussed, I believe this is the best place to begin. It gives us the time, continuity, and flexibility to care for your health proactively — not just one visit at a time.

What care feels like

Care that gets better the longer we work together.

Not a list of features — what's actually different about having care this way.

You stop starting over.
You see the same clinician every visit. Your history isn't something you repeat — it's something we build on over time.
You can actually reach your provider.
Questions don't disappear into a call center or sit unanswered for weeks. When something comes up, you can reach out and get guidance from someone who already knows your health.
Small changes don't become big problems.
When someone follows your health over months and years — not isolated visits — subtle trends are easier to recognize and address before they become larger concerns.
Your care stays connected.
Preventive care, hormone health, thyroid disease, metabolic health, medication management, and the everyday questions that come up along the way are all managed within one ongoing relationship.
Why this model works

The most important work in healthcare often happens between appointments — not just during them.

It happens when someone remembers your history, notices patterns developing over time, reviews your results in context, and has the time to think carefully about what comes next.

Integrative primary care combines evidence-based medicine with a whole-person perspective. Rather than treating each concern in isolation, we consider how your health, hormones, metabolism, nutrition, sleep, stress, and lifestyle influence one another — so your care is thoughtful, connected, and personalized.

If deeper questions come up, we go deeper together.

Most health concerns can be managed through thoughtful, comprehensive primary care. But sometimes symptoms persist despite normal labs, standard treatment, or years of searching for answers.

When that happens, you don't have to start over with a new clinician. Because I already know your health history, goals, and the bigger picture, we can seamlessly transition into a functional medicine evaluation when it's appropriate.

Functional medicine is a more structured, in-depth approach to understanding why symptoms are happening. It may include advanced testing, a detailed review of patterns over time, and a personalized plan based on what we uncover. Learn more about functional medicine →

Many patients remain in the membership for their ongoing primary care while completing a functional medicine program during a season when deeper investigation is needed. Once we've answered those bigger questions, we bring those insights back into your everyday care.

One clinician. One relationship. Care that goes as deep as your health requires.

Before you book

Do you take my insurance?

Insurance is used for eligible services — labs, imaging, medications, and certain medical visits. The membership covers the time, access, and continuity that insurance doesn't reimburse. Your plan's deductible and benefits still determine what it pays toward those services.

Can I use HSA or FSA funds?

Individual visits, labs, and treatment-related expenses are often eligible. Membership fees generally are not. Eligibility varies by plan, so check with your plan administrator — I can provide itemized receipts when applicable.

Are functional tests included in the membership?

Not directly. Advanced functional testing lives within the functional medicine programs. But if a question comes up that calls for it, we have a middle option: a Functional Insight visit, where I order a specific test, we review the results together, and then decide whether to transition into a functional program or simply carry what we learned back into your membership care.

Can I still see my specialists?

Of course. I'm your primary care provider, not a gatekeeper. I'll refer you when you need it, coordinate with the specialists you already have, and make sure what they find actually makes it back into your overall picture — which is usually the part that falls through.

Can I add functional medicine later?

Yes, and plenty of people do. We start with ongoing care, and if something warrants a deeper, more systematic look, we move into a functional program for that defined stretch of work — then carry what we learn back into your everyday care.

What if I move?

I'm licensed in Colorado and Connecticut, so if you're in either state we can keep going. Outside of that, we'll wind things down and I'll make sure you leave with your records and a clear summary for whoever picks up your care.

What if I want to stop?

You absolutely can. There's no long-term contract.

If you're on the monthly plan, simply let me know before your next billing date and I'll cancel your membership. If you're on a quarterly or annual plan, your membership will remain active through the end of the prepaid term, and it won't renew after that unless you choose to continue.

I'd much rather have an honest conversation if the membership isn't the right fit than have you stay out of obligation. If there's something I can do to better support you, I'm always happy to talk.

Is there an office I can visit in person?

Yes — a dedicated office space is coming to Denver's Lower Highlands (LoHi) in fall 2026. Alongside in-person primary care, it will offer additional in-office services including GYN care, peptides, and B12, NAD+, and other injections and supportive therapies. Until then, care is provided through a combination of in-person and telehealth visits.
